NEW M & A Practice Director (IT Consulting)

IT Global Consulting Company is seeking a Practice Head with strong (that's 10 years plus) M&A experience on the 'How to put it all together'.

EX: If my client acquires another company this person will know how to put it all together on the IT side, consolidate seats, etc. Must know and have developed intellectual property.

Must have hands on experience in IT Consulting, preferably with an Offshore Company.

Fantastic opportunity for someone to make a difference with this newly created position.

Compensation: $175k to $230k with Bonus

Travel: 65-70% (It's a new position. Could be more, could be less)
